Bright yellow, low cost, squishy piping has been wrapped around already existing city structures to create some interesting and no-two alike combinations. From tree trunks to street signage, architectural sculptures and various bike racks– the pipes can be wrapped around and zip-tied to create seats for all.
Swimming Hole
Once a quarry in the Berkshires of Massachusetts, this project is a stunning example of how to take full advantage of a peculiar setting to create a beautiful swimming pool or, as the builders prefer to call it, “a swimming hole.”
I’ve been, always, drawn towards the trill to design an educational facility. I think that is the highest honor for an architect - to shape the space, young minds would be trained.

A white tablecloth that absorbs the liquid of spills as they occur to reveal patterns? Cool. Underfall is currently a prototype by Norwegian designer Kristine Bjaadal, and it comes with a meaningful riff on how ‘an everyday negative situation is turned into a positive experience’.
